1. Services Provided
Mount Wizards offers TV mounting, smart home installation, wire concealment, and related services. By booking a service, you acknowledge that:
- You have the right to authorize installation at the service location.
- You understand that TV mounting and similar services require drilling and modifications to walls or surfaces.
- You accept that Mount Wizards is not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or unforeseen complications related to the installation.
2. Booking & Payments
- Scheduling: Appointments can be booked online or by phone. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Payment: Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. We accept credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Last-minute cancellations may incur a charge.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth installation process, you agree to:
- Have all necessary equipment (TV, brackets, devices) ready before the appointment.
- Provide a safe and accessible work area.
- Inform our team of any wall types (brick, plaster, concrete) that may require special tools or considerations.
If the installation area is obstructed or unsafe, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the service.
4. Liability & Damage
- Mount Wizards takes every precaution to ensure a secure and professional installation. However, we are not liable for:
- Damage resulting from pre-existing wall conditions or faulty mounting hardware provided by the customer.
- Issues related to improper weight distribution, wall studs, or unforeseen structural limitations.
- Electrical, cable, or internet disruptions related to installation.
- Customers acknowledge that TV mounting involves permanent modifications to walls and surfaces.
5. Warranty & Service Guarantee
- We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days after installation. If an issue arises due to improper mounting, we will address it at no additional charge.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Equipment failure or defects in the customer’s TV, brackets, or third-party products.
- Damage caused by misuse, tampering, or improper handling after installation.
6. Third-Party Products & Installations
- If we install a bracket, mount, or device not purchased from Mount Wizards, we are not responsible for its quality, durability, or compatibility.
- We do not provide electrical work or in-wall wiring modifications unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.
7. Refusal of Service
Mount Wizards reserves the right to refuse or cancel service if:
- The work environment is unsafe or unsanitary.
- A customer engages in harassment, inappropriate behavior, or unreasonable demands.
- The requested service is outside our scope of expertise.
If a service is refused upon arrival due to circumstances beyond our control, a trip charge may apply.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal information provided during booking is used only for service scheduling, communication, and payment processing.
- We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.
